Twisted-leaf Yucca is endemic strictly to the limestone hills of the Edwards Plateau, forming stemless rosettes of pliable olive-green leaves with distinctive twisted yellow margins. Tall flower stalks bear massive ivory bell blossoms that depend on an obligate mutualistic relationship with Yucca Moths (Tegeticula) for pollination.
