Euploca tenella
Pasture Heliotrope is a small native annual featuring narrow hairy leaves and tiny coiled, scorpion-tail spikes of white flowers. Indigenous to sunny limestone glades and gravelly pastures, it rapidly colonizes exposed soils after spring rains, binding surface particles and providing early nectar for solitary bees and micro-pollinators.
